The challenge
Hospital sites drown patients in departments and jargon at the exact moment they are anxious and scanning for one answer. The information is all there; the reassurance is missing.
The approach
A warm, human hero and a quiet information hierarchy that leads with reassurance, then reveals depth on demand. Care comes first, the fifty specialties come second, findable, not overwhelming.
